No. A commission is created only by a successful payment. Registration and the 7-day trial earn nothing, so a referral who never converts to a paid subscription never produces a commission.
A yearly payment is treated as one payment on the full yearly amount and paid out once, not split across twelve months — the money arrived at once and the 30-day hold already covers the refund risk. Growth yearly is NT$32,800 (10 months paid, 12 months of service), so at 10% that is one commission of NT$3,124.
Each commission is held as pending for 30 days after the customer's payment, which is the refund window. After that it becomes available and is settled in the monthly payout run.
Yes — NT$500. An available balance below that simply rolls over to the next month rather than being paid out or lost.
If a payment is refunded, charged back, or fails, the commission from that payment is cancelled. If it had already been paid out, the amount is deducted from your future balance. A customer simply cancelling their subscription is different: they keep the period they paid for, and that commission stands.
No. Referring yourself or your own purchases, mutual referrals inside the same company or group, fake or bulk-created accounts, and reusing the same payment details across accounts all earn nothing and may end the partnership.
Yes. The tier is decided by how many of your referred customers are paying right now, and it applies to all of them at once — so it moves up when customers join and down when they leave. The rate stored on a commission that has already been created never changes.
The system calculates the gross commission amount. Withholding and reporting are handled in accordance with Taiwan law, and you may be asked for the identification details required for reporting. For anything specific to your own situation, please consult a tax professional.
