Referral Partner Terms

These terms supplement the hogiah Terms of Service and govern participation in the referral partner program. By generating a referral link you agree to them. The program page has the rates and the calculator.

1. 01

   Commission arises only from a successful payment

   A commission is created only when a referred customer successfully pays for a hogiah subscription. Account registration and the 7-day free trial do not generate any commission.

2. 02

   Attribution at signup; 90-day window

   A customer is linked to a partner when they register with the partner's referral code or link. The referral link remains claimable for 90 days from the referred visit; after that the visitor is treated as organic.

3. 03

   Referred customers get a 14-day trial

   A new customer who registers through a partner's referral link or code, and for whom attribution is established, receives a 14-day free trial instead of the standard 7 days. The trial itself still generates no commission.

4. 04

   One customer, one partner

   Each customer is attributed to exactly one partner. A customer already attributed cannot be re-attributed to another partner.

5. 05

   Prohibited conduct

   The following do not earn commission and may end the partnership: referring yourself or your own purchases; mutual referrals within the same company or group; fake, duplicate, or bulk-created accounts; and arbitrage using the same payment details across accounts.

6. 06

   Refunds, chargebacks, and failed payments

   If a payment is refunded, charged back, or fails, the commission from that payment is cancelled. If it was already paid out, the amount is deducted from the partner's future balance.

7. 07

   Scope: SaaS subscriptions only

   Commission applies only to hogiah SaaS subscription fees. Website optimization, media placements, managed GEO services, custom projects, and any other non-subscription service are excluded.

8. 08

   Hold period, monthly settlement, minimum payout

   Each commission is held as pending for 30 days after payment, then becomes withdrawable. Balances are settled monthly. The minimum payout is NT$500; smaller balances roll over to the next month.

9. 09

   Suspension of the partnership

   hogiah may suspend or terminate a partnership for cheating, unlawful or misleading promotion, or conduct that damages the hogiah brand. Commission tied to such conduct is forfeited.

10. 10

    Program changes do not affect earned commission

    hogiah may adjust the program, including the tier rates (currently 10% / 15% / 20%). Changes apply going forward; commission already created under the previous rules is unaffected.

11. 11

    Lifetime commission

    Commission continues for as long as the referred customer keeps paying and these terms are observed. There is no time limit on an attributed customer.

12. 12

    Interpretation and amendment

    hogiah (清程智能科技有限公司) reserves the final right to interpret and amend these terms. Material changes are announced by email or on-site notice.

13. 13

    Payout currency, bank account, and tax

    Payouts are made in New Taiwan Dollars by bank transfer to the Taiwan bank account the partner provides. Tax withholding and reporting are handled in accordance with Taiwan law; partners may be asked to provide the identification details required for reporting.
